Little Red Door understands that going through cancer treatment is intense, and you may need additional help and support during this time. Client Services Representatives and Client Navigators work with cancer patients to make sure their needs are met by providing resources and support throughout their cancer journey. Newly diagnosed cancer patients are provided with care packages that include helpful items in a Little Red Door bag that they can take with them to treatment.
The Client Services Representatives and Care Managers provide cancer patients with general information about their cancer diagnosis, help them navigate the healthcare system to begin and finish treatment, and connect them to resources to meet their needs.
